The president of Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services, Inc., Mark joined the agency shortly after his graduation from Bridgewater College in 1974. In 1990, he completed the requirements for Charter Property and Casualty Underwriter designation (CPCU) and earned the Accredited Advisory of Insurance designation (AAI) in 1994. Mark is past president of the Carroll County Association of Independent Insurance Agents and has served on the Agents Advisory Board of Brethren Mutual and Ohio Casualty Insurance Companies. He is on the Board of Directors of New Windsor State Bank.. He specializes in homeowners, farmowners and automobile coverage while also serving as agency comptroller.

A 1978 graduate of Salisbury State College, Dave was awarded the CPCU designation in 1991 and the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation in 1997. He has been an Advisory Board Member of five different insurance companies. Dave has served as Chairman of the Board of the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. He is past Chairman of Carroll Lutheran Village and Carroll Community College and continues to serve on both boards. Dave was also formerly a director of Westminster Union Bank. He is a 2011 recipient of the Distinguished Volunteer Award from the Association of Fundraising Professionals (Western Maryland Chapter). Dave specializes in marketing and servicing business accounts.

A graduate of James Madison and a former teacher, Ann began her insurance career in 1976 as a licensed agent in all lines of insurance for Horace Mann Educators. After a varied career path, she left an independent insurance agency in North Carolina to return to Carroll County and join our agency in 2007. Ann is a Carroll Hospice Board Member, serves on the Carroll Hospital Center Care Square fundraising committee, is a past Board Member and active supporter of The Shepherd’s Staff, and a very active networker. Ann specializes in marketing and servicing commercial accounts.

Jill came to Barnes-Bollinger Insurance Services in 2013 with 2 years of experience in Personal and Commercial Lines. She received her Property and Casualty License in December of 2011 and is currently working towards her AINS designation. Prior to insurance, Jill had 35 years of banking experience.

The insurance industry has been Tracey’s career since 1989. She has worked for companies such as The Maryland Insurance Group, USF&G, and Federated Insurance. Originally licensed in 1995, she obtained her ACSR designation in January of 2007.
